Flexnova Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. However, this applies only if it hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.
- Once your order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
- We do not support address or phone number changes after dispatch.
- All Flexnova shipments are insured through reliable logistics partners.
Refund Eligibility
Therefore, we offer refunds only under these specific conditions:
- Product not delivered within the guaranteed timeline (7–10 days, excluding 1–2 day processing)
- You receive a different item than described or listed
- Item received is damaged, defective, or non-functional (with valid unboxing video)
- You cancel the order after dispatch – refund issued after deducting shipping charges
Note: Refunds are not eligible if the delivery failed due to:
- Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by you
- Multiple failed delivery attempts due to non-availability at the address
- Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or local disturbances
No Returns Policy (Except Defective Units)
As a policy for electronics, we do not accept returns on delivered items — including smartwatches, mini smartphones, drones, and accessories — unless:
- The product is broken or non-working on arrival
- You share a valid clear unboxing video showing the issue
In such cases, Our courier partner usually picks up the eligible item within 48 hours, and We’ll process your refund once we receive the returned product and verified in original condition.
Partial COD / Prepaid Amount Policy
- We collect a small advance (Partial COD) to confirm your order and reduce fake orders.
- This advance is non-refundable once the order is shipped or if the delivery fails due to address/contact issues.
- Even if you cancel before shipping, the Partial COD amount is non-refundable.
However, we do not refund the advance amount under any circumstances after shipping.
Replacement Policy
- For approved replacement requests, we dispatch the new item within 48 hours.
- Replacement delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from dispatch.
Refund Request Timeline
